Great segment! I was surprised to see so many guys with B speed on the list, but I see Dr. Juice's rationale. I personally love to have a 9 with a speed A at this spot, but if I am blessed with a team that has outrageous power (Bautista, Granderson), it makes perfect sense to have a 10 with a speed B who gets on base and then gets smashed in by my big boppers.
Eddie, as you'll see in the mock draft review, I really believe in my lists. I think that Reyes is too good to hit 1st. Just like Ellsbury, he should hit 2nd. If you can land a speed B 10 like Headley, Beltran, Young, or even Alex Gordon, I would hit all of them in front of Reyes. Plus I like to think outside of the typical leadoff hitter box. With this year's hitter class, finding a role for every player is important.
