#ShotsFriday: Team Building Forum

Sadly we had no Shots last week which makes me sad. I hope that gives everyone some motivation to think about baseball all day long today at work and tweet in a great pick tonight. Just a reminder you may tweet in selections for #shotsfriday anytime during the week. The top 3 winners will get to make 3,2 and 1 custom card of their very own at the end of the year. Even new players can make a dent quickly. Remember if your player homers one week you get and extra pick the next week for each homer they hit. So you can make up ground quickly with good picks. Plus it makes it more fun rooting on your favorite players to get better MLB Showdown cards for 2013. Send in your picks using twitter #shotsfriday.

We are adding yet another tab to the side of our blog here. These forums are starting to gain some steam and I hope they have been helpful. Obviously the more people who use them the more helpful they will be. We already have the trade forum to help people buy, sell and trade cards. We have the stats forum to help get us some data which we can mine and help you all make better teams. We have the local area tab for people trying to find local players. We have the game finder tab to help people try and set up online leagues. Some of those have not hit their stride yet but others have had some success.

We are introducing another tab at the suggestion of one of our players. Stephen one of our great fans left a great comment about we need a tab to talk about team improvement. This is a great example of feedback being helpful. This was an oversight and something we should have provided for you all long ago. Thanks to Stephen we will have that very tab and give you all the chance to share ideas for team building with one another in the various styles. Enjoy.
