The MLB Showdown Hall of Fame

                Every year to kick off our year we will start with inducting out class of classic MLB Showdown cards to be immortalized in our Hall of Fame. Everyone is more than welcome to vote using twitter handle #mlbshowdown. You get 5 votes for a card (not a player a card). Please be specific on which card you mean. Possible sets include 00/00P/01/01P/09/10/11 for this year. The criteria is this… They added something to the game. This may be they were a dominant card, they were a fun card, a quirky card, a great representation of a player or you just liked them for some reason. Players will be elected on the following criteria. The first 5 players to receive 5 votes will be inducted. Then the next 5 players to receive 6 votes will be inducted. Every increment of 5 will increase the needed vote by 1. Votes will carry over from previous years and a person may vote for the same card in multiple years. You through faithfulness can cement any card you wish in our own Hall of Fame. Everyone gets only 5 votes in a set year and cannot vote for the same card in the set year (though they can in vote every year for the same card).
