Appreciate the mock lineup and rotation. Definitely my preferred way to win, although I am curious if the Pittsburgh Pirates current model would be successful with the way runs are down and pitching is up. Basically, have one stud (a 10 or 11), one or two 8s and then the rest 7s and lower. Have a staff that goes 550, 500, 400, 350 and a great bullpen. That is basically the way the Pirates are built and they are winning more games than they aren't. Thoughts?
ReplyDeleteThat is a more balanced team to what I would label "Pitching Medium". Next Tuesday we are talking "Pitching Extreme" which I can say caused me physical pain to do. Then in 2 weeks we have "Balanced". So taking principals from those 2 sessions should help build the best team of the model.
ReplyDeleteInteresting question Eddie. We talk about this in next weeks V-Log the pitching extreme line-up. The good thing is that if you loaded your line-up with 8's and 7's you would be able to spend a lot more than 550, 500, 400, and 350 on your pitchers!
ReplyDeleteThanks guys!
